Lol ok, so before I start, I want to be clear this isn't a 'woe is me' or sympathy post or any of that Jazz, I just wanted to let you guys know why I sometimes take a few days more than I said to complete a segment or a post - or even reply to messages.
As some of you know, I have some health issues that affect my quality of life and, whilst I have learned ways to cope with the pain on a daily basis; I do have what are refered to as 'flare ups' no one really knows what causes this and unfortunately there is no way to control or resolve them, I have to just ride it out.
Occasionally, I have other issues that come along with this and one of those things is word Aphasia/Dysphasia.
What this basically is, is an inability to remember speech patterns and words; when I am severely affected by this - I not only forget words and replace them incorrectly without knowing I am doing it. I completely lose focus when speaking and typing, which makes it impossible to string sentences together.
Often my speech becomes slow and slurred, even internally when thinking this occurs which makes it basically impossible to compose segments, message responses and roleplays.
This has especially affected me this past week, yesterday evening for the last few hours I don't believe I finished a single sentence; obviously this is something that AJ has gotten used to and so he is often able to understand what I mean/want without me struggling to find the words. - If over the last few days anything I have said has been unclear, I apologize, I appear to be a lot better today but some words are still failing me so hopefully this post makes sense lol.
My main reasons for explaining all of this boil down to two things.
1: if I say "I'll do it tonight" and then it takes me 2-3 days, this is honestly the cause.
2: I wanted to emphasize how much e-fedding means to me as it is honestly one of the only mediums I have to try and constantly retrain my brain; so sometimes if I am a little passionate about VWS and the way I want things to be (Board colour, RP construction, not using 500 colours in your rps etc.) it is purely because I am trying to make things a little easier on myself
