"Everyone wants to talk about Alex Jones and Avery Miles.. and yeah sure, they've deserved that right. They've come here, conquered and are about to take this promotion to the next level."
This was his first sighting within the Valentine Wrestling Syndicate realm, his first verbal altercation.
And everything he said was one hundred percent true; the wrestling world had gravitated to the performances of Avery Miles, the challenger, and Alex Jones - the champion. But in all honesty, he knew that they earned that right. He wasn't jealous, nor was he even the slightest bit worried about their rise to the top. If anything, he was glad. Glad to see two superstars at the top of the pyramid, battle it out for the most prestigious championship belt that VWS have to offer.
Running his fingers through his hair and diverting his eyes away from the camera; Storm was dressed in a formal attire consisting of a black suit and tie, with black shoes to complete the outfit. Location? That was undisclosed, however from the looks of if, you'd guess that he was situated in some sort of hotel room, as he was seated on arm chair, one leg crossed over the other and background further indicated hotel settings, everything was neat and tidy, the sheets on the bed were smooth and unwrinkled whilst towels were formally aligned on them.
"But no one wants to talk about Mark Storm, but I guess that's right too. I haven't exactly hit it off like I was supposed to. My debut was a losing effort, I was left out the card because of that loss and now I find myself as a match opener."
He sighed, admittedly not impressed with his place on the card.
"But I guess I've got to prove my ground, got to prove that I belong here and what better way than facing the man who beat me on my debut - Dylan Black. The Infection, The Rebel, The Ripper, The Outlaw and Mr. Reckless & Relentless. Known for his ability to adapt when needed, a proclaimed leader of men who's resilience is second to none. A rebel on a mission - to prove that he is the best wrestler in the world, wanting to infect this company with his rebellious attitude and prove that he can hang with the big dogs. I'll give it to the kid, he's got ambition. And if the kid wants to be the best, he's got to go toe to toe, one on one, with the best.. and that's exactly what he finds himself in at All In."
The best? He wasn't there yet, although he'd like to think that he was, deep down he knew he had a long way to go before he could start screaming from the roof tops "I am the best in the world" but it was something he was working on.
"I've traveled the world Black, but you probably already know that. I've traveled the world and left a mark everything I've gone, Mexico, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom - name it, I've been there and conquered. And the story of Mark Storm is far from over, it's only the beginning and Valentine Wrestling Syndicate is the next chapter of my rise, of my rise. This place has already become one of the most sought out promotions for wrestlers like us, people want to come here because of the energy, because of the competition, because of ruthlessness that this promotion promotes. That's why I'm here, to chow down with the best. Dylan Black, you say that you're a man with a plan but when it comes to me... there's no planning that can be done, you can watch my previous matches over and over again to try and get a little understanding of what I'm about, but it won't work. There's no planning for the unpredictable!
And you wanna know why I called you out? I called you out because I know that I'm better than you. And your win over me, was nothing but luck. There, I said it! Boo-hoo, I don't give a shit. You're good, I'll give you that.. but good doesn't cut it, and your win over me was about as lucky as Leicester City's Championship win. I'll make an example out of you, for the rest of Valentine Wrestling Syndicate to see. that the Storm has arrived and there's stopping for what's about to come. Alex Jones and Avery Miles will continue to squabble at the top but their little rivalry, it won't matter.. because the inevitability is Mark Storm is gonna get his hands on that VWS Heavyweight Championship. Dylan Black, I'll see you Sunday."
And with that said, the scene fades to black.
